Bondweaver was founded in Luxembourg by a team of organisational scientists, data engineers and former operators. We saw the same problem in every boardroom we sat in: leaders making consequential decisions on top of an org chart that bore little resemblance to how the company actually worked.
We built Bondweaver to close that gap — to give leaders a true, continuously-updated picture of their organisation, and the tools to act on it with confidence and care.
